I ordered from jsdsupply.com and the quality was better than I thought it’d be. The parts feels solid and not cheap, which was the main thing I cared about.

I’m giving it 4 stars only because there was a couple tiny finish marks, nothing serious though. It still works fine, and I’d probably order from them again

I had a promo code to use, but honestly... after shipping was added, it barely changed the total!!! The site itself was fine, no real issues there, I just expected the discount to make a bigger difference than it did?? Kind of disappointing...

My order did arrive and everything was fine when I got it, but the tracking was kind of frustrating. For a while, there were no updates at all, so I wasn’t sure if the package was moving or stuck somewhere. It all worked out in the end, but I personally would’ve appreciated clearer shipping info along the way.

First time using jsdsupply.com and it was easy to poke around on. Stuff loaded quick, the search did what I needed, and I wasn’t stuck clicking all over the place trying to find things.

The stuff looked okay. No real issue there. But the shipping cost. Too high. I wasn’t expecting that at checkout. Kinda ruined it for me. I might order again. If shipping gets cheaper

I got it put together without too much of a headache. The pictures were the main thing that made it make sense, even though one part could’ve used a better explanation or maybe I just missed it. Either way, it came together fine, so I’d say the instructions were decent overall.

To be fair, they did let me know, but the updates felt a little slow and I ended up having to reach out myself to see what was going on. The part arrived in good shape eventually, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. I just think the backorder situation could’ve been communicated more clearly upfront.

I don’t know, the prices just felt a little high for what I ended up getting. Maybe it’s just me, but I didn’t really feel like the value matched the cost.

The part that bothered me was that shipping and tax didn’t show up until late, so the total ended up higher than I expected. Maybe it’s just how their checkout is set up, but it kind of felt like they wait until you’re already invested before showing the real total. I also had to put my address in again for some reason, which was annoying.

That said, I did get the order confirmation quickly, and the payment page seemed secure enough. I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, but I’d definitely appreciate it being clearer and less awkward before the final step.

I ran into one setup issue and their support team got it sorted out quickly. Based on that, I’d say they’re reliable when you need help

I gave this place a try twice because the prices seemed decent. Both times, though, the shipping took longer than what was originally shown, and when I reached out to support, it felt like I was waiting forever for a response. Nothing was actually wrong with the items once they arrived, and they worked fine, but the whole experience was more frustrating than I expected. At this point, I probably wouldn’t order from here again unless I really couldn’t find the item anywhere else.

I ordered from JSD Supply thinking it’d probably take a little while, so I wasn’t really watching the tracking too closely at first. Then all of a sudden it had already shipped, which was a nice surprise. The tracking updated like it was supposed to, the package got here fast, and nothing weird happened with delivery. it was just one of those easy orders where you’re kind of waiting for a problem and then there isn’t one. I’d order again, mostly because it showed up way quicker than I figured it would.
